Getting Ready for
Indigo Point
If you are coming to Indigo Point, you may be wondering, “What will I look like in my bathing suit after a long winter of eating nothing but Krispy Kremes?” The answer, of course, is that everyone looks like we do, at right. If you’re feeling a little out of shape, don’t worry. Just try these exercises we’ve prepared especially for your Indigo Point visit.

Pushups
Pushups are always a good choice for the upper-body strength you so desperately need to look good in your bathing suit.
But do take it easy and don’t expect too much of your body too soon.

Water Aerobics
Our personal trainer Nancy guides Ron through a rigorous water aerobic session in the pool.  (Ron doesn’t really see the point.) Water aerobics a will also help you get used to wearing your bathing suit again.
